My Mission

Most of society is overworked, overstressed, and overstimulated without adequate space for rest and true rejuvenation. Over time this imbalance begins to break down the body and contribute to the development of disease. My work is rooted in shifting that pattern.

Through intentional lifestyle and behavioral changes, I guide individuals back toward balance using the ancient, time-tested wisdom of Yoga and Āyurveda. This is not just about managing symptoms it is about restoring the body's natural capacity to heal, regulate, and thrive.

My Background

I am a Certified Ayurvedic Yoga Therapist, Full Spectrum Doula, and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach with a multidisciplinary approach to healing that bridges traditional knowledge and modern understanding.

As a Full Spectrum Doula, I specialize in prenatal and postpartum care, providing compassionate, informed support throughout pregnancy, including high-risk experiences, and into the critical postpartum recovery period. My approach integrates emotional support, education, and holistic care practices to ensure individuals and families feel supported, prepared, and nurtured during these transitions.

My work is also informed by my roles as a Medicinal Farmer and Michigan Master Naturalist, grounding my practice in both the intelligence of the body and the wisdom of the natural world.

Continued Study & Commitment

I am currently continuing my studies as an Ayurvedic Doctor. My commitment to scholarship is rooted in devotion and discipline on a lifelong path of study and practice dedicated to both individual and collective health and liberation.
